Special Note on Application from Spain

When applying from within Spain, you must prove your presence in the country at the time of application. For instance, if you enter Spain from outside the Schengen Area, include the entry stamp from your passport and a copy of your boarding pass. If arriving by car or train from France or Portugal, request a passport stamp at the border, though this can be challenging due to limited border checks within the Schengen Area.
Additionally, ensure you do not exceed your 90-day stay under the Schengen 90-180 rule when applying from Spain.
